Louis’s journey began in the record industry, where he earned recognition as an award-winning promotions manager. His deep understanding of client service and marketing, developed over seven years in entertainment, seamlessly transitioned into his real estate career. Starting with custom home sales and project management in Atlanta’s prestigious suburbs, Louis quickly made a name for himself.
In addition to his expertise in representing custom home builders and negotiation on behalf of Buyers, Louis gained valuable experience in the residential sector of a “green,” mixed-use development, managing sales of mid-rise luxury condominiums in Atlanta’s Buckhead district. His ability to provide turnkey solutions for homebuyers sets him apart as a capable and personable REALTOR®, inspiring confidence through his diligent approach. He is also a Certified Negotiation Expert.
Louis is an active leader in the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, serving on various committees and graduating from the Scottsdale Leadership Academy XVI. Louis rose to the seat of Presidency of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® and now serves as the the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Region 4 Vice-President.
Outside of his professional life, Louis enjoys cooking, music, photography, graphic arts, kickboxing, and motorcycles. He is also deeply committed to charity work, being a member of the Phoenix Suns Charities 88, the largest family services charity in the Valley. An avid traveler, Louis loves exploring museums, historical monuments and international cuisine.
